I joined the Ludwig Institute in 2008 as Director of Human Resources. I am responsible for the Institute’s human resources and HR compliance function. Before joining Ludwig, I held several human resource-focused leadership roles at Kaplan, Inc. I am passionate about championing Ludwig’s goal of bringing life-changing science from the lab to the clinic. As part of the senior leadership team, I develop and advise on strategies and programs that support the recruitment and retention of highly-skilled staff toward furthering the Institute’s mission. I hold an undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University and an advanced degree from NYU.
